Exciting announcements are noted below, as well as a request for you!

First, a very warm welcome to three organizations that recently joined the WPCC (bringing the total number to 58!):

In other news, we’d like to increase followers and engagement on the WPCC Facebook, Twitter and Instagram pages. Please like or follow the pages if you haven’t already. ALSO, if you would like us to post or tweet your news on these pages, please email content to info@worldpancreaticcancercoalition.com – please send BRIEF copy, including a photo and a preferred publish date. Refrain from sending promotional information that is local to your area – think in broader, global terms. We can’t promote local fundraising events, for instance, but we can publish things like information about an upcoming webinar that anyone can join.

Finally, as of July 1, we have new committee members for World Pancreatic Cancer Day, as well as the first official steering committee for WPCC. Thank you to all who applied for a committee position, and thank you to all new members! It’s going to be a great year!
